For advisors and brokers

We realise the value of financial advisors and brokers, and always welcome intermediary inquiry. We understand that advisors are seeking simple, fair and timely solutions for their clients. For loans that fit Select criteria, we’re often able to provide indicative pricing and terms after an initial email or phone inquiry.

The standard initial documentation we require to assess and approve loan applications includes: advisor application/diary note with authority to act, borrower/guarantor SOP, security property valuation or appraisal.

We aim to provide a conditional credit-approved Letter of Offer within 48 hours of initial inquiry and documentation.
